Sofmos Calendar allows you to create monthly and yearly calendars for your desktop using your own photos and pictures. If you don't wish to use the calendar on the desktop, you can also print it, save it to your computer or export it as BMP for further editing with other programs. The application allows you to select the calendar arrangement, font, and title font and size. You can also highlight certain days of the week in red and select the calendar size and position on the desktop. Unfortunately, once you set a position you cannot move it manually from the desktop. The same happens with its size. What is more, you can also select a picture or solid color for the background, or customize the size and position of the background on the calendar. Unfortunately, it doesn't offer opacity or transparency features, so the calendar will not be very visible, even by using a bold font.
In short, Sofmos Calendar is a simple tool that will allow you to create calendars very easily. Unfortunately, it lacks a few features that will make a bit more useful, but it still deserves a try.
